The moment passes.
You don’t need more tips.

Composure is built the way athletes build it: practice under pressure, again and again, until it becomes muscle memory.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
“Information was never the problem. It’s everywhere. Nothing beats repetition.”
My fascination with English started when I was a kid, meeting family from my grandpa’s side of the family for the first time. They all spoke English, and I couldn’t understand even the simplest words. So I grew up practicing the language, and discovering the subtle shame that comes with it: the fear of wrong grammar, flawed pronunciation, and being judged. If you’re a non-native speaker, you know that feeling all too well.
That fear followed me into freelancing, my bread and butter after my dad passed and I became my family’s primary provider. So I invested in myself: workshops, coaches, and studying the patterns of great communicators.
The deeper lesson? Real communication isn’t just about flawless grammar and pronunciation. It’s how you show up authentically. How you feel, how you carry yourself, how you relax under pressure, and how you sense what the room needs so real connection can happen.
As an entrepreneur of five years, a creative at heart, and a firm believer in paying it forward, SpeakUp Gym is my way of giving back. It is the platform I wish I had, built to turn your communication into real career opportunities.
